Job Description
We are seeking future team members for our
Vice President, Client Processing I
position located in
Lake Mary, FL, Hybrid .
In this role, you will:
Provide complex analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate Client Processing systems.
Handle complex external client issues, including ongoing client servicing, post-sales support, resolving operational issues, and product implementations.
Coordinate work within a team or project.
Communicate needs and issues with internal and external clients, participate in product development, enhancement, and system testing.
Solve complex problems using in-depth system knowledge.
Apply ingenuity and creativity to resolve common problems and determine permanent solutions.
Support lower-level client processing roles with technical assistance.
Supervise a small Client Processing team.
Contribute to team objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
7-10 years of relevant work experience preferred.
Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
Applicable licenses or certifications as required by the business.
