Job Description: Become a pioneering force at The Groove as a Workday Reporting and Analytics Principal Consultant, spearheading our emerging Reporting and Analytics practice. Your will revolutionize outcomes for our clients by crafting and executing cutting-edge solutions utilizing Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Prism, and other tools tailored that support HCM and/or Financials implementations and post-production support projects. Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily activities as a Workday Reporting Consultant, ensuring seamless operations. Demonstrate expertise as a Workday Reporting specialist, staying updated on functionality and design concepts for future product enhancements. Develop tailored solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics that precisely align with customer requirements. Mentor fellow consultants, actively sharing insights to enhance our practice's capabilities. Conduct in-depth sessions with clients to analyze business needs, offer solutions to complex problems, and facilitate knowledge transfer. Provide critical support for Workday Delivery Assurance Reviews to achieve design and build sign-off. Identify strategies, risks, and options to recommend effective approaches for meeting customer requirements. Offer subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, guiding teams towards optimal solutions. Support business development activities, contributing to proposal development and pursuing new opportunities. Skills & Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials implementation and post-production support using Report Writer and Prism. Proven project leadership skills in delivering analytic solutions aligned with organizational goals. Background in supporting enterprise-class HCM or ERP solutions like Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, or SuccessFactors. Demonstrated ability in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions to meet customer needs. Expertise in reporting, including developing complex reports, layouts, and analytics for strategic business purposes. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Strong communication and presentation skills, adept at managing and exceeding customer expectations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
