Management of Production Team:
Recruit, hire, train, manage, and provide feedback to team members; assign and coordinate jobs; train on SERVPRO standards; conduct performance evaluations; monitor compliance; perform as Crew Chief as needed; ensure accurate payroll and timekeeping. Project Management:
Respond promptly to calls; develop and review job scopes; create cost estimates; document and submit scope sheets; monitor project timelines and costs; manage scheduling and resources. Customer Service:
Address customer concerns; maintain a pipeline of new business; represent the company and manage relationships with clients, insurance agents, and other stakeholders. Qualifications:
3+ years experience in the Restoration Industry 1+ year supervisory/management experience, preferably in Contents division Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and office procedures Understanding of safety and risk management practices Knowledge of payroll and timekeeping Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and colleagues Valid Driver's License SERVPRO is an equal opportunity employer.
