Start/End Dates: 6/10/2025 - 9/6/2025 - open to extension Job Title: Digital & Technology - Business Systems Analyst Business Systems Analyst (Application Security Administrator) Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm 3 months with likely extension Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Team work is very collaborative and everyone needs to know what everyone else is working on to be able to step in where needed to provide good customer service. Team Overview: 10-12 people Resource's typical working day: This role is solely focused on security administration This is a support role ServiceNow is the ticketing system Respond to the user creating the ticket Responding to support requests Must Have Skills: Need to be able to communicate well between team members both in writing and verbally Specific experience with security administration Nice to have skills: Software skills: ServiceNow and/or other ticketing system experience Peoplesoft 3 years specific experience in an ERP system Interview Process: 1st round with hiring manager (Teams) 2nd round with team (Teams) This role is primarily focused on security administration for ERP applications such as PeopleSoft FSCM and Peoplesoft HCM, and associated Finance, Supply Chain, and HR systems. Under general direction, defines, implements and maintains application security processes and objectives based on both user needs and a solid understanding of application security. Able to provide analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into security solutions within the application. Must have a basic understanding of how security architecture supports Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audit requirements.
