Requirements include 5+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in management, experience leading multiple engineering pods, strong collaboration skills, business acumen, technical understanding, recruiting experience, and excellent communication skills. The role offers a base salary range of $193,000 - $260,000 plus equity and benefits, with location-dependent pay. The position can be remote in the San Francisco Bay Area or hybrid in New York City.
