This important role works to create great customer moments for checkout and returns, ensuring that the front of the store has a fast, easy, and friction-free exit experience to finalize the shopping journey. If a customer needs to return an item, we aim to make it super-efficient for both the customer and store associates. The team works across multiple disciplines, including UX, Process Design, Industrial Design, and Service Design, to create a complete and holistic experience. We are seeking a creative and talented Principal UX Product Designer who can think across disciplines to create comprehensive workflows. We use imagination, logic, and collaborative workshopping to generate new ideas, utilize cutting-edge technology paired with proven standards to innovate store operations.
