Our client, the nation’s #1 retailer, is looking for a Principal UX Designer to join The Front End Design Team. This important role works to create great customer moments for checkout and returns, ensuring that the front of the store has a fast, easy, and friction-free exit experience to finalize the shopping journey. If a customer needs to return an item, we aim to make it super-efficient for both the customer and store associates. The team works across multiple disciplines, including UX, Process Design, Industrial Design, and Service Design, to create a complete and holistic experience. We are seeking a creative and talented Principal UX Product Designer who can think across disciplines to create comprehensive workflows. We use imagination, logic, and collaborative workshopping to generate new ideas, utilize cutting-edge technology paired with proven standards to innovate store operations. We prototype innovations in our test labs and partner with research to rapidly iterate designs in over 4,000 stores.
