We are currently hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to join a center-based ABA provider dedicated to collaborative, outcomes-focused care for children with autism spectrum disorder and related needs.
This setting offers SLPs a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with BCBAs, RBTs, and OTs to support functional communication and skill development in a structured, supportive environment.
Position Highlights: Tiered hourly compensation based on experience and role (including CFs) Bi-weekly bonuses based on caseload and client engagement 29 days of paid time off annually, including dedicated professional development time Comprehensive benefits: HSA/PPO health plans, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and disability Structured mentorship available for Clinical Fellows No non-compete clause Monthly continuing education and interdisciplinary case discussions Focus on ethical caseloads, not productivity quotas
Your Role Will Include: Completing comprehensive speech-language assessments Delivering individualized therapy sessions in coordination with ABA programs Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on treatment planning and behavior goals Supporting caregiver involvement and home programming Assisting with IEP input and documentation as needed Providing mentorship to CFs, if applicable
Your First 30 Days: You’ll receive a warm welcome into the team, complete onboarding, shadow other clinicians, and receive hands-on support to help you thrive from day one. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure and ASHA certification (or CFY in progress) Experience or strong interest in autism and developmental speech-language needs
