Mommy Me Facilitator

to design and lead engaging one-hour toddler-and-parent experiences that nurture bonding, spark curiosity, and introduce Montessori principles to families in a joyful, welcoming environment.

Duties

As a

Mommy Me Facilitator , you will: Plan and lead engaging one-hour classes (e.g., baby yoga, toddler art, music movement, Montessori-inspired play). Welcome families warmly, creating an inclusive and supportive environment. Provide guidance to parents on child-led learning, fostering curiosity and independence. Prepare materials, set up and break down classroom spaces for each session. Share information about Seven Oaks Academy’s programs (toddler, preschool, and enrichment). Collect feedback to continually improve class experiences.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in early childhood education, parent-child classes, or related fields. Knowledge of or interest in Montessori philosophy strongly preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality. Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds and set up activity spaces. Flexible schedule (weekday mornings and/or Saturdays preferred). Must be at least 18 years of age.
