Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (12:00 PM – 08:30 PM), variable days Monday–Saturday, flexibility required. Job Responsibilities
Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures including bone scans, myocardial perfusion studies, shunt studies, renal flow / perfusion, thyroid studies, HIDA scans, gastric emptying, PET scans, and tumor localization. Conduct patient assessments, start and maintain IV access, and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely. Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of radioactive materials in compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnostic results. Document procedures accurately and follow facility protocols, isolation precautions, and safety guidelines. Provide care for adult and pediatric patients across hospital and clinical settings, with exposure to trauma level I and II facilities. Utilize imaging equipment including GE, Philips, and Siemens systems, as well as SPECT and PET technologies. Participate in interdisciplinary care with radiology, interpretation services, and rapid response teams. Requirements
Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience. Active California state license Certifications : ARRT (N), CNMT, NMTCB, BLS. EPIC EMR experience required Preferred Qualifications
