Summary
Work closely with the Regional Logistics Manager and logistics team. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing assigned accounts and ensuring that client’s orders and deliveries are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This position is the primary communicator between clients and couriers. The logistics coordinator will become the primary owner of the day-to-day management of delivery routes and account management responsibilities with a need to be onsite at client accounts as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Handles the day-to-day management of delivery routes, including:
Ensure a proper supply of driver capacity to successfully manage customer delivery demand for assigned clients. Scheduling/coordination of daily delivery assignments Monitor daily order flow and driver performance to improve market operational efficiency. Real-time adjustments based on traffic conditions or emergencies.
Monitors real-time delivery tracking. Facilitates communication between drivers and Client Services Representatives (i.e., relay changes in delivery status or resolve logistical issues affecting customers). Work in partnership with Client Success, Account Management, and Dispatch leadership regarding market operational performance Answer and dispatch incoming calls from clients to couriers, then enter the information into courier software system. Assign and dispatch all will calls and STAT’s Monitor online dispatch board for potential issues. Add, change, or delete scheduled stops in planning. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via telephone while meeting all corporate guidelines and performance standards. Handle a large number of calls daily while maintaining an enthusiastic voice and attitude. Answering all calls promptly, efficiently, and professionally. Research and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently. Communicate unresolved client issues to direct supervisor immediately. Monitor status of deliveries and pickups to ensure timely delivery to client. Assist couriers as needed to help ensure routes are completed to client expectations. Review route sheets for accuracy. Negotiate courier payout Own the driver onboarding process: ensure all pertinent service information is provided, train new drivers to properly use the required delivery app, and ensure all needed documents are gathered for compliance. Monitor and utilize web-based applications, tools and reports. Ensure policies and procedures as defined by clients and the company are being met. Prepare SOP for each account; shift turnover. Maintains the confidentiality of information processed. Able to manage tasks of differing priority levels and respond in an appropriate and timely manner. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. Follows company policies and procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Either bachelor’s or associate degree strongly preferred.
Minimum of four years’ experience in customer service or logistics management roles.
Preferable experience in the pharmacy or pharmacy benefit management industry. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Work Environment The position is a hybrid position with 3-4 days office presence in Denver, CO required when not traveling regionally. Out-of-state will be required 25 – 30%. Additional remote workdays possible with proven ability to work independently and efficiently.
