As a Data Analyst at PDQ, you will work cross-functionally on projects that uncover insights, measure performance and optimize business decisions. What You'll Be Doing Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs across departments (e.g., churn, activation, feature adoption). Collaborate with various teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations and more) data projects Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and operational performance using SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau). Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to support product and go-to-market decisions. Ensure data integrity and improve data availability through collaboration with Data Engineering. Translate complex findings into actionable insights and present them to stakeholders. We're Looking For People Who Have 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, ideally at a SaaS or tech company. Strong SQL skills (window functions, joins, CTEs, etc.). Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and at least one BI/data visualization tool. Experience with SaaS metrics like ARR, NRR, retention, and funnel conversion. Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
