As a Mortgage Sales Recruiter , you'll play a crucial role in building the foundation of our sales team—sourcing and recruiting sales reps who are ready to make an impact. This isn’t your typical recruiting role—it’s part matchmaking, part coaching, and all about driving performance. Whether you're coming from sales, customer service, or just starting your career, we'll give you the tools, training, and mentorship to succeed. What You’ll Do Proactively source and recruit entry-level sales reps and experienced loan originators to join our high-performing call center team. Post job listings, craft compelling outreach messages along with social media content, and build a strong pipeline of sales-focused candidates. Conduct energetic, engaging phone screens to assess sales ability, mortgage interest, and cultural fit. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and fine-tune candidate profiles. Track recruitment metrics and stay organized using our ATS and CRM tools. Represent the company at career fairs, info sessions, and recruiting events. Support onboarding and help new hires hit the ground running. Who You Are A people person with great communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed. Energized by a high-volume, fast-paced sales culture. Naturally curious—especially about mortgage, finance, and how the industry works. Driven, detail-oriented, and ready to learn. Motivated by results and unafraid to pick up the phone. Qualifications Required: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, call center work, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills—phone confidence is key. Eagerness to learn about mortgage and financial services. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, or similar.
