Job Details Location: Twin Falls, Idaho Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401K Business Logistics Brokerage Firm Job Description The Recruiter will screen qualified applicants for various positions within Giltner's organizations. Responsibilities include communicating with potential applicants by phone, email, or in person, applying principles of Behavioral Interviewing to assess qualifications, experience, training, skills, aptitudes, and soft skills. The recruiter will also research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of talent, working closely with the HR Director, hiring managers, and other recruiters to meet recruitment goals. Responsibilities Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process. Collaborate with department managers to draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on role, industry standards, and organizational needs. Assist with job posting, advertising, application screening, and candidate selection. Schedule and oversee interviews, prepare interview questions and materials. Participate in and host recruitment events such as job fairs and community events. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. Ability to create sourcing strategies for various roles. Proactive, independent, and able to meet deadlines. Knowledge of hiring laws, regulations, and best practices.
