Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Job Title: Recruiter (Manufacturing Positions) Location: Hybrid – 2 Days On-Site in Stuarts Draft, Virginia Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Client: One of the World’s Leading Chocolate Manufacturers About the Role: Hudson RPO is seeking a proactive, results-driven Recruiter to support hiring efforts for one of the most iconic chocolate brands in the world. This is a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid schedule 2 days per week on-site in Stuarts Draft, VA , and occasional travel to nearby facilities (within a 30-minute radius). As part of a collaborative RPO team, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles and play a key role in building strong talent pipelines across production and plant operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing roles including production, maintenance, and other plant-based positions Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create tailored sourcing strategies Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals Conduct screening interviews, schedule hiring manager interviews, and guide candidates through the process Travel to nearby manufacturing sites (within 30 minutes) as needed to support recruitment efforts Ensure a positive, professional experience for candidates and hiring teams alike What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume settings Strong sourcing skills with a strategic, solutions-focused mindset Excellent communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement abilities Comfort working on-site part of the week and traveling locally Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Why Join Us?
