Base pay range $45.00/hr - $55.00/hr What You'll Do Partner with the Head of Talent and hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies. Source, engage, and assess top sales talent. Drive efficient interview processes and optimize hiring pipelines. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Report thoroughly on pipeline health, market insights, and hiring forecasts. Maintain a core KPI of 4 hires per month. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of proven experience recruiting at high velocity for unique roles. Strong sourcing, pipeline management, and closing skills.
