Overview Nurse Recruiter with 3-5 years of clinical recruiting experience. Opportunity for temp-to-hire. Location: Client - Bakersfield, CA. No degree required and can work remote part of the week (3 preferred days in office). This is a recruiter role; HR generalists will not be a good fit. Responsibilities Screen profiles and source clinical and non-clinical candidates using various tools. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Utilize iCIMS or other ATS experience as a plus, but not required. Maintain awareness of recruiting quotas and track progress; report on placements and success stories. Qualifications 3-5 years of clinical recruiting experience. No degree required. Location: Bakersfield, CA (remote part of the week; 3 days in office preferred).
