About The HR Generalist Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and approachable HR Generalist to support daily HR operations and drive a positive employee experience. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, supporting managers, and providing guidance across all areas of human resources.
Key Responsibilities For HR Generalist
Partner with managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
Administer benefits, leave of absence requests, and HR compliance programs
Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and orientation for new hires
Assist with payroll processing and HRIS data accuracy
Provide guidance on company policies, employment law, and best practices
Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and strengthen company culture
Qualifications For HR Generalist
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a solutions-focused approach
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred, but not required
