Base pay range $22.00/hr - $26.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Northland Staffing Solutions Northland Staffing Solutions is looking to hire Janitorial Managers for our clients based in Minneapolis and St. Paul. These Managers will need to manage crews of 10-50 people. These positions will be working at various Sports Stadiums and Arenas located in the Twin Cities. Previous cleaning, janitorial or maintenance experience is beneficial. Prior management or supervisory experience is a must. The qualified candidates will be used to working in a warehouse, production or commercial setting. The qualified Janitorial Manager will be able to interact with a wide range of people and must be organized. Responsibilities will include timekeeping, production scheduling and training/supervising of employees. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Most of the hours available will be evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
