Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. This role combines traditional executive support with light reception responsibilities, serving as a professional first point of contact for visitors and external partners. Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage executive calendars and email. Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks. Assist with internal communications, including drafting memos and announcements. Payroll Manage bi-weekly payroll duties. Reception & Front Desk Duties (light) Greet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries. Assist with incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries. Qualifications Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace. Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative. Preferred Attributes Experience in managing schedules for senior leadership. Comfort in balancing both strategic executive support and hands-on administrative tasks. Positive, flexible, and solutions-oriented attitude.
