Full Time - Day Shift - 80 hours per pay period - M-F

This position is on-site at our main campus in Coeur d\'Alene, Idaho.
Responsibilities Performs a wide variety of complex and confidential executive support work requiring specialized knowledge and experience
Familiar with a variety of the field\'s concepts, practices, and procedures
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
May direct and lead the work of others
Must have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Performs other related duties as assigned
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function
Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assigned
Requirements and Minimum Qualifications Associates degree preferred OR equivalent work experience and education combined required
3 years’ experience in providing administrative support at a department head or C-suite level
Demonstrated knowledge of PC-based Microsoft Office software
Knowledge of web-based navigation and technology preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with proof-reading and editing
Must be extremely organized
Must be skilled in handling time-sensitive and confidential matters
Must be commissioned as a Notary Public in the State of Idaho or obtain commission within six months of employment
Working Conditions Must be able to lift and move up to 20 lbs
Typical equipment used in a clinical job
Must be able to maintain a sitting position
Must be able to move or traverse with/without accommodation
