Job Title: Administration, Accounting & HR Manager Division: Administration Department: HR & Accounting Reports To: Vice President FLSA Status: Exempt Position Summary The Administration, Accounting & HR Manager plays a pivotal leadership role, primarily responsible for the company’s accounting operations while also supporting general administrative and HR functions. This is a hands-on, strategic position ideal for a professional with a strong accounting background and a willingness to support HR-related tasks in a small-company environment. The role includes financial reporting, budget planning, monthly/annual closings, and compliance responsibilities. HR functions are limited to administrative support and coordination, as the internal HR team will provide substantial backup for complex matters. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting (Primary Focus) Prepare journal entries and manage monthly/annual closings Oversee financial reporting and provide insights to management and HQ Develop budgets and forecasts to guide decision-making Coordinate tax filings and compliance (federal, state, local) Manage depreciation schedules and fixed asset tracking Supervise credit, collections, and insurance-related processes HR & Administrative Support (Secondary Focus) Process payroll and maintain related records Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance paperwork Coordinate recruiting logistics and employee offboarding Support company policy development and ensure regulatory compliance Manage facilities and general administrative operations Leadership & Oversight Supervise and mentor a small team, including hiring and performance evaluation Assign responsibilities and monitor outcomes to meet department goals Foster a positive work environment and address employee issues proactively Maintain effective communication with the U.S. office and parent company in Japan Ideal Candidate Profile Solid foundation in accounting and financial operations Some exposure to HR processes and administrative tasks Comfortable operating in a hands-on, multitasking role Interested in long-term growth and contributing to the company’s success Qualifications 8–15 years of progressive experience in accounting (public or private sector) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Experience using ERP systems (Microsoft GP preferred) CPA is a plus, but not required Skills Required Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Skilled in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting Ability to handle confidential information with integrity To apply please email your resume to airaha@pasona.com Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Pasona N A, Inc. by 2x Get notified about new Accounting Manager jobs in Richardson, TX .
