We’re seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll oversee key aspects of the monthly close, lead a high-performing team, and partner cross-functionally with operations, tax, and audit teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CPA with both public accounting and corporate experience who thrives on process improvement, mentorship, and driving results. What You’ll Do Lead critical parts of the monthly close process, including review of journal entries, reconciliations, and fluctuation analyses Prepare and review accounting entries across revenue, accruals, prepaids, and intercompany activity Maintain proper documentation to support internal and external audits Partner with multiple teams across the organization (Operations, Fleet, Tax, etc.) Own and document key SOX controls while ensuring compliance with US GAAP Mentor, develop, and manage a strong accounting team Proactively liaise with external and internal auditors to drive audit completion Identify and execute process improvements for efficiency and accuracy What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA required 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles Background in public accounting (Big 4 or large firm strongly preferred) Knowledge of construction accounting a plus Strong technical accounting skills with solid understanding of US GAAP and SOX requirements Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, large data sets) ERP system experience; Viewpoint software is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Benefits Competitive salary and performance-driven culture 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, and vision coverage Stock purchase plan Paid time off + 10 paid holidays Professional development and growth opportunities If you’re a CPA leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of key corporate accounting processes, we’d love to connect. #J-18808-Ljbffr
