If you would like to pursue a fulfilling career at Evolvers, do get in touch with us at resumes @ evolversgroup.com We are seeking a Security Risk Assessment Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing project activities supporting the Missouri Health Division (MHD) and Office of Administration–ITSD in implementing and overseeing multiple solution projects, including MMIS system modernization. The Project Manager will lead coordination of all Security Risk Assessment (SRA) activities under the MMIS modernization program, ensuring delivery of all assessment artifacts, reports, and risk mitigation plans. The PM will ensure all work aligns with State methodologies, promotes collaboration among project stakeholders, and maintains strict adherence to project timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements. The PM will report to the MHD and ITSD Project Managers and coordinate with the MME PMO and vendor partners (Wipro, IBM Watson Health, Conduent Heritage, Sandata Technologies, and Automated Health Systems) to ensure alignment of all risk assessment deliverables. Responsibilities • Manage and oversee execution of solution implementation projects, coordinating across MHD, ITSD, and vendor teams. • Develop and maintain Project Work Plans, Schedules, Gantt Charts, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). • Prepare and submit weekly project status reports summarizing progress, issues, and risks. • Facilitate weekly project meetings and ensure effective communication among stakeholders. • Assess project health, identify risks and issues, and manage escalation and mitigation processes. • Coordinate access requests, schedule management, and project logistics with State Security Officers. • Create and maintain project management artifacts such as RAID Logs, Project Management Plan, Lessons Learned, and Risk Registers. • Support Executive Steering Committee meetings and present updates as required. • Represent the State’s interests in ensuring all vendor and project requirements are met. • Ensure compliance with the State’s Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies. • Maintain documentation and deliverables using Microsoft Office tools in accordance with MHD/ITSD standards. • Participate in design reviews, phase gate reviews, and project closeout sessions. • Detailed Project Work Plan and Project Schedule with milestones and dependencies. • Weekly Status Reports and Meeting Minutes (submitted within 24 hours post-meeting). • Update RAID logs, risk reports, and project documentation. Distribute agendas at least 24 hours prior to meetings and submit meeting minutes within 24 hours using ITSD-approved templates (PDAF, RAID, status reports). • Lessons Learned documentation at project completion. • Final comprehensive project summary for review by MHD and ITSD. • Coordinate schedules, dependencies, and reporting across all six MHD systems: MMIS, CMSP, BIS-EDW, Program Integrity (PI), Beneficiary Support & Premium Collections (BSPC), and Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). • Coordinate and track completion of MHD staff training sessions related to risk monitoring and mitigation activities. Qualifications • Experience leading a Cybersecurity/Third-Party Risk Management implementation team for State Government or public organization. • Experience coordinating or managing IT or MMIS implementation projects. • Hands-on experience in project management. • Demonstrated expertise in planning, execution, and oversight of complex IT projects. • Experience with project governance, scheduling, issue/risk tracking, and stakeholder engagement. • Experience demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Office tools. • Experience demonstrating familiarity with SDLC and NIST/ISO risk management standards. • Experience demonstrating strong leadership and communication abilities. • Experience demonstrating an analytical and problem-solving mindset. • Experience demonstrating the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-vendor coordination. • Experience demonstrating excellent documentation and reporting skills. • Experience demonstrating a professional demeanor and adherence to State work conduct policies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
