Territory Manager - Atlanta, GA Emery Jensen Distribution is a subsidiary of Ace Hardware Corporation that sells and distributes hard-line products to independent Pro/Lumber, Paint, Hardware, and E-retailer customer segments. We are looking for a top-performing Territory Manager to grow profitable sales with current and new Emery Jensen customers in the Atlanta, GA area. The role supports a leadership development path and may involve representing the company at industry events. What You’ll Do Deliver annual sales and profit objectives by developing a strategic sales plan that engages retailers and increases the Emery Jensen Distribution customer base within a defined geographic territory. Represent Emery Jensen Distribution professionally and ethically in all day-to-day activities. Develop and foster strong business relationships with key decision makers to grow the overall Emery Jensen Distribution business. Organize and prioritize weekly customer sales routes and calls to meet company goals by using Salesforce and PowerBi. Communicate effectively with the Leadership Team about successes and challenges to gain insight and support in achieving company goals. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Support, Care Center, and other partners) to resolve customer issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to share ideas and sales successes to help achieve goals. Exercise sound judgment regarding travel and entertainment expenses. What You Need To Succeed Motivated self-starter and results-oriented, focused on solutions based on customer needs. Desire and readiness for leadership responsibilities; growth-oriented. 5 years of B2B sales experience preferred. Hardware sales experience a plus. Excellent listening, negotiating, and communication skills (verbal and written). Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Extensive travel required, including overnight travel; valid driver’s license. BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred. Ability to sit in a car for long durations, stand, climb a ladder, and lift at least 50 pounds. Residential proximity to Atlanta, GA preferred. Compensation $80,000 - $85,000 base salary plus 15% annual incentive opportunity. Benefits Incentive opportunities based on role/grade level.
