Overview Baptist Health Medical Group is currently seeking BE/BC ENT physician to join our growing team in Paducah, KY. Responsibilities Provide otolaryngology (ENT) clinical services as part of a multispecialty physician-led medical group. Participate in a call schedule as defined by the group and maintain office hours consistent with clinic needs (Office hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm; Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm). Collaborate with 4 physicians, 4 APRNs, 2 Audiologists, RN, LPN, and support staff to deliver comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Otolaryngology. Incentives & Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits package – Up to $200,000 in recruiting incentives including starting bonus, student loan repayment, residency/fellowship stipend, relocation/moving allowance, CME allowance and malpractice insurance/tail coverage provided.
