We are seeking a Finance Controller for North America who will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting. Reporting to the General Manager North America, this individual will provide financial guidance to the General Manager, Vice President of Finance and other company leadership to support strategic decision-making and will ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations. Responsibilities Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data Manage the organization's budgeting and forecasting process, and provide regular financial reporting to the Vice President Oversee the organization's accounting function, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger management Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and investors Develop and maintain financial models to support capital planning and investment decisions Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, and provide coaching and mentorship to team members Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field CPA or equivalent certification preferred 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Experience within a manufacturing organization preferred Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations Experience developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and controls Proven ability to provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team More About Filtration Group Filtration Group is on a mission to make the world safer, healthier and more productive.
