This role plays a key part in maintaining our financial integrity, supporting both day-to-day operations and broader strategic decisions. You’ll be hands-on with everything from journal entries to vendor relations—no two days are the same. What You'll Be Doing: Preparing accurate, timely financial statements and reports in line with accounting standards Handling account reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data Partnering with internal teams to manage bids, track expenses, and handle purchase orders Overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure vendors and suppliers are paid on time Collaborating with HR on cross-functional projects and financial documentation Performing technical accounting tasks like journal entries and month-end adjustments Assisting with external audits by providing reports, reconciliations, and explanations as needed Communicating with vendors on quotes, deliveries, and financial follow-ups What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA a bonus but not required) Solid experience in accounting or finance—experience in public accounting is a plus Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, financial reporting, and technical accounting concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and QuickBooks Familiarity with the construction industry is highly desirable Great attention to detail and solid organizational skills A proactive approach—you’re just as comfortable working independently as you are collaborating with a team Strong communication skills—you can clearly explain complex financial info to non-financial stakeholders If you’re looking for a role where your skills will be valued, your voice will be heard, and your work will directly impact the company’s success, this is it.
