Overview Freeman+Leonard is seeking a Marketing Manager for a retail client. This is a hybrid role in Plano, TX. REQUIRED: 4+ years in a B2B marketing agency doing lead generation. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This role requires a seasoned marketer with knowledge of B2B and lead-generation strategies, plus the ability to balance short-term growth goals with long-term brand-building. You’ll drive digital campaigns, content development, and cross-channel initiatives while overseeing lead workflows, SEO/paid media, and offline marketing programs such as events and partnerships. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Events: Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to direct and execute digital campaigns Review keyword analysis, audits, and campaign performance, providing feedback and optimizations Collaborate on SEM, SEO, and data strategy Coordinate and support experiential events, trade shows, and brand showcases Content Creation: Lead content development including photography, video, and creative assets Develop marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and other print materials Email & Social Marketing: Manage email campaigns and automations to drive engagement and lead conversion Oversee organic social strategy and content calendar in collaboration with internal teams Create and execute yearly promotional calendars with agency partners Oversee lead workflows and implement automation for follow-up and nurturing Partner with sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates Manage performance forecasts, weekly KPI tracking, and analytics reporting Deliver insights to optimize marketing and revenue outcomes Support marketing initiatives with external partners and resellers Build and manage a shared content library for use across channels Qualifications 4–6 years of experience in marketing or agency account/strategy roles with a focus on B2B or lead-generation brands Proven success managing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable ROI Strong understanding of digital channels and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Experience managing agencies and vendors Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Preferred Qualifications Experience in consumer goods, lifestyle, health & wellness, or e-commerce sectors Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing Experience with Shopify or similar platforms Creative and strategic thinker with a strong eye for brand and storytelling Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing, Advertising, and Strategy/Planning Industries Retail, Marketing Services, and Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
