Job Summary The District Marketing Manager will actively engage guests using social media platforms, survey tools, and focus groups to determine guest satisfaction and assess opportunities for new points of service, concepts, menus, and delivery. Key Responsibilities Supervise activities and direct all marketing efforts on campus. Develop and manage annual marketing plans for campus operations to achieve goals for meal plans, retail, residential experience, and catering; measure results. Collaborate with client partnerships to support sustainability awareness and programming for nutritional/dietary awareness and residential life. Coordinate and plan programming and events; lead committees. Create and distribute collateral for newsletters, programming announcements, promotional activities, guest feedback systems; ensure alignment with the Director of Marketing and Guest Experience.
