We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of HubSpot for B2B marketing communications. This role is remote, with a preference for candidates located in Indiana, Illinois, or Michigan.
You will be responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, and ensuring HubSpot is fully leveraged to support lead generation, customer engagement, and sales enablement.
Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and full utilization of HubSpot across marketing and sales teams.
Develop and execute B2B digital marketing strategies that align with company goals.
Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, landing pages, workflows, and lead nurturing programs within HubSpot.
Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure marketing efforts support revenue growth.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Manage digital content strategy including blogs, newsletters, and social media.
Ensure data integrity and compliance within HubSpot (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Stay current on digital marketing trends and HubSpot best practices.
Your Contributions: Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on B2B strategy and execution.
Proven track record of leading HubSpot implementations and driving measurable outcomes through marketing automation, CRM integration, and campaign optimization.
Deep understanding of HubSpot’s full suite of tools, including workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, reporting, and integrations.
Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, web, social, paid media) that support sales enablement and customer lifecycle management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize performance across digital channels.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Experience with content strategy, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising platforms is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) preferred.
