Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Print Production Specialist to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in graphic design and wide-format printing, with a keen eye for color accuracy and quality control. This role is critical for ensuring that printed materials meet the highest standards and are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare graphics using Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW (3–5 years of experience required).
• Set up and print artwork on wide-format printers, ensuring proper color matching and PMS color management.
• Prepare files and optimize vector graphics for print production.
• Operate Epson SureColor sublimation printers and maintain printer performance.
• Load media and perform routine printer maintenance.
• Conduct quality control and verify prints meet specifications.
• Update job status in production tracking systems and coordinate with laser operators and other team members.
• Assist with sublimation heat pressing and lamination as needed.
• Keep the production area clean and organized.
• Support team leads with any tasks necessary to complete orders on time and in full.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW (3–5 years).
• Experience with wide-format digital printing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in the textile/apparel decoration industry is a plus.
• Willingness to learn specialized equipment, including Epson printers and Caldera RIP software (training provided).
