In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand processes, gather requirements, and translate them into effective system configurations and enhancements. Your efforts will directly improve how our business operates and how our teams leverage technology. Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders and end-users to gather, document, and refine requirements. Analyze business processes and workflows to uncover opportunities for improvement. Shape and Enhance Epicor – Configure and optimize Epicor ERP to support business operations. Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions, including customizations where needed. Drive Insights Through Data – Work with data to support reporting, analytics, and decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and integrity with proper validation and quality controls. Ensure Quality and Usability – Develop and execute test plans to confirm solutions meet business requirements. Document system changes, specifications, and user guides. Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT/development teams. Provide user support and training to maximize system adoption and efficiency. Communicate progress, findings, and recommendations in a clear and business-friendly way. Stay current with ERP trends, Epicor capabilities, and emerging technologies. Recommend enhancements to optimize processes and system performance. Required experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within ERP (Epicor strongly preferred). Strong understanding of business processes and workflows. Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau), and data analysis concepts. Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you can translate “tech speak” into business terms. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. Project management or BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, ScrumMaster) are a plus.
