About The Role – Finance Business Analyst The Finance Business Analyst serves as the bridge between accounting and technology, supporting ERP integrations and ensuring smooth financial operations during system go-lives. This is not a migration role — it’s a true integration role , connecting multiple entities, systems, and processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and support ERP integration projects, ensuring alignment between accounting processes and system capabilities Conduct business process mapping and functional documentation for core accounting functions (AP, AR, Payroll, GL, Treasury) Collaborate with accounting, finance, and IT teams to design and test workflows, controls, and automations Manage project timelines and deliverables related to integration and go-live activities Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal controls during implementation phases Develop dashboards and KPI tracking for leadership visibility Partner with leadership on ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Required Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business analysis roles Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and core accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, reconciliations) ERP or financial systems experience (Deltek strongly preferred but not required) Hands-on experience in business process mapping, documentation, and workflow design Excellent communication and project management skills Preferred CPA or CMA designation Prior public accounting experience (Big 4 or large regional) or a blend of public and industry background Exposure to systems integration or functional testing (OneStream, Vantagepoint, Oracle, Workday, etc.) Familiarity with automation tools or BI platforms (Power BI, Blackline, etc.) Why You’ll Love Working Here If you’re an accountant-turned-ERP expert who loves solving problems, improving processes, and seeing tangible results from your work — this is your perfect next step.
