Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer
A leading NY based Media Company is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your EA experience in a prestigious setting.
Responsibilities
Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling and coordinating meetings, while considering the time zones of a global organization. Adapt quickly to last-minute changes and reprioritization.
Plan and book travel arrangements, optimizing itineraries. Collaborate with the CEO’s Chief of Staff to put together comprehensive packets for business trips anticipating and addressing potential challenges in advance.
From time to time, represent the CEO in meetings, taking notes and summarizing key points when required.
Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO's schedule, controlling access and ensuring that the CEO's time is optimized.
Craft and distribute agendas and other documents for meeting participants and executive team leaders when necessary.
Exercise sound judgment and tone when managing requests and inquiries internally and externally.
Be quickly responsive and available during nights and weekends as needed to address urgent matters and ensure the CEO's schedule runs smoothly.
Ensure the CEO moves from meeting to meeting on schedule throughout the day.
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while keeping information confidential.
