We are seeking a passionate and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team and lead our 3-year-class. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood development and a commitment to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Duties
Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring all children feel valued and respected, contributing to their well-being.
Observe and assess children's progress, documenting and sharing observations with parents and caregivers.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience.
Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on their child's development and address any concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
Adhere to all school policies and procedures and state regulations for early childhood education.
Requirements
CDA, TCC, or High School Diploma
CPR and First Aid Certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
