Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to

:

• Provides general administrative support, which may include coordinating

meetings, catering, planning events, ordering office supplies, and coordinating

office moves.

• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings both in person and virtual, event

coordination (including venue reservation, hotel and restaurant reservations, and

logistics).

• Assist managers with routine travel planning, as well as team members who face

unplanned circumstances while on travel.

• Provide relief/support to San Ramon assistants as needed.

• Maintains highest degree of confidentiality at all times.

• Perform general administrative support and ad hoc tasks and projects in support of

the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years administrative experience

• Demonstrate excellent organization and communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while producing high-quality work.

• Demonstrated professionalism and strong influencing skills.

• Capable of building quality relationships with team members

• Ability to work independently and be self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, MS Teams, OneNote,

Chevron’s Time and Expense system and OneDrive

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an administrative role within the oil and gas industry

• Ability to effectively collaborate with various groups and stakeholders.

• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, SAP, and Workday

• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply knowledge regarding new systems and

processes
