Position: HR Administrator
Type: Direct Hire

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Administrator to support key human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a proactive attitude toward building and supporting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employee recruitment and retention efforts.
- Post and manage job openings and coordinate interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and benefits documentation.
- Process weekly payroll and ensure accurate deductions.
- Administer PTO, time, and attendance tracking.
- Assist with benefit renewals, open enrollment, and compliance reporting.
- Coordinate annual reporting requirements (ACA, 401k testing, etc.).
- Support the performance review process (tracking and documentation).
- Handle employee relations and HR policy communication.
- Support workers’ compensation claims and reporting.
- Coordinate employee training and development logistics.
- Manage termination and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and maintain OSHA 300 reporting.
Must-Haves
- 1–3 years of HR administrative experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
