Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will analyze patient access trends and post‑Rx journey performance across specialty brands, integrating HUB, SP, and payer data.
Rate Range:
$45/hour to 60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with stakeholders to understand objectives and challenges.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support testing and validation efforts, ensuring solutions meet business expectations and compliance standards.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a cross‑functional environment.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and process flows.
- Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and strong analytical skills to support decision‑making.
