OCM -Organizational Change Management Lead

Contract
Required Qualifications
Experience:
Proven track record in a dedicated Change Management role, driving organizational improvements and leading others through significant enterprise change.
Methodology Expertise:
Deep, hands‑on experience and proficiency in a major OCM methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8 Steps).
Agile Proficiency:
Proven experience working in Agile/Lean-Agile environments, specifically with SAFe PI Planning, JIRA, and Confluence.
Leadership Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, servant leadership, and relationship‑building skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Communication:
Exceptional ability to clearly articulate complex messages and interact effectively with C‑suite and senior stakeholders.
Analytical Skills:
Proven analytical and critical thinking skills for conducting assessments and measuring OCM effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications
SAFe Certification:
SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or SAFe Coach).
Location Experience:
Previous consulting or direct client experience within the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area (DC, MD, VA).
Process Improvement:
Experience with continuous process improvement methodologies.
