Mindfully Psychiatry is a growing private practice seeking a full-time Board-Certified Psychiatrist for our expanding psychiatry services. The practice location is Cincinnati – Marion. The role consists of providing psychiatric services to patients and overseeing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services. The psychiatrist will also supervise nurse practitioners within the practice. Employment Type
This is a W-2 full-time position. We also offer a 1099 option for part-time. Qualifications

As a practicing Psychiatrist and Collaborating Physician, you will work closely with nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and compassionate mental health care. Your expertise is essential in developing treatment plans, conducting assessments and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. As a practice physician leader, your knowledge is crucial in conducting chart and peer reviews, supervising clinical practices, overseeing TMS program and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications. Provide ongoing psychiatric care, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment as needed. Maintain accurate, timely and compliant documentation of patient care in the EMR, in accordance with clinical and payer standards. Collaborate with outside clinicians for coordination of care. Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to nurse practitioners. Participate in chart reviews, peer reviews and quality assurance activities. Stay current with psychiatric research and best practices. Support training and development for clinical staff. Collaborate on initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. TMS Oversight
Provide clinical oversight for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) services. Ensure protocols are followed and treatments are delivered safely and effectively. Review patient eligibility and monitor treatment progress. Support staff training and quality assurance related to TMS. Other
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Commitment to patient experience excellence through patient-centered, culturally competent care. Manages the healthcare of patients with compassion and preserves dignity and rights. Works collaboratively with integrated team, including PMHNPs, counselors, and support staff.
