Responsibilities
Program Design & Leadership: Design and lead large‑scale employee experience programs from strategy to execution, owning complex, cross‑functional projects aimed at improving the employee journey at a global scale. Change Leadership & Adoption: Champion the “people side” of change for all key initiatives, creating and implementing strategies that secure stakeholder buy‑in, building a network of change agents, and embedding new behaviors and ways of working into our culture to ensure our programs have a lasting impact. Build Our Future‑Ready Strategy: Develop and champion a comprehensive employee experience strategy that is both data‑informed and forward‑looking, translating internal metrics, employee feedback, and external trends into innovative programs that create a best‑in‑class workplace. Cross‑Functional Partnership & Communication: Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners across the organization, delivering compelling narratives and communications that connect our EE initiatives to our organizational vision. Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of combined experience in program/project management, with a clear focus on employee experience, workplace strategy, or organizational change. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development) or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated success designing and executing large‑scale, cross‑functional programs from initial concept through to completion and measurement. Proven ability to use data and employee feedback to identify critical problems and build scalable, impactful solutions. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience successfully influencing and aligning senior leaders and both technical and non‑technical teams. Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications in change management (Prosci), project management (PMP, Agile), or HR (SHRM). Experience within a high‑growth, global technology organization. Deep understanding of future‑of‑work trends, including hybrid work models, AI in the workplace, and digital employee experience platforms. Base Pay Range
$147,000 - $210,000 USD Benefits
