Work Details
Job Family: Strategy & Transformation Consulting Travel Required: Up to 25% Clearance Required: None
What You Will Need
BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related course of study; advanced degree/PhD preferred. 8+ total years of relevant life science industry (pharmaceutical, biotech, specialty pharma and/or medical technology) and strategy consulting experience. Subject matter expertise in one or more: product planning and development; market access, pricing & reimbursement; product commercialization; franchise & business unit strategy; corporate strategy; regulatory & compliance. 3+ years leading project engagements including planning, scoping, budget development, management and resource allocation; experience managing multiple or more complex projects. 3+ years formal management of team performance to achieve project goals and exceed client expectations. Willingness and ability to travel to client sites across the US, up to 30% of the time. Demonstrated success supervising, coaching and mentoring junior staff, with ownership of career development. Authorized/eligible to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
What Would Be Nice To Have
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Track record of managing a team’s performance to achieve project goals and exceed client expectations. Collaborative and a strong team player. Exceptional client management experience including expanding client relationships within an organization. Experience working with senior leadership to pursue add-on and cross-business opportunities at external clients.
The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$225,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
