Responsibilities
The Restaurant General Manager has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction and desired outcomes (sales, profitability, employee retention).
Leads the restaurant management team, oversees financial controls, operations, people development and compliance.
Works long and/or irregular shifts as needed.
Directly manages Team Members, Delivery Drivers, Shift Managers and Assistant Managers.
Interacts with team members, management, Area Coach, customers, field operations and vendors.
Education & Experience Required
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Complete all internal certification programs.
1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management.
Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
