Strategic Objectives
Guide the expansion of superconducting qubit arrays toward large-scale fault-tolerant architectures. Ensure hardware, firmware, and compiler systems achieve sustained coherence, stability, and integration across multi-node environments. Direct optimization of fabrication throughput, cryogenic packaging, and system calibration to reach commercial production benchmarks.
2. AI Transformation Platform
Position the company as a global partner for AI transformation by providing quantum computing resources optimized for machine learning, data simulation, and neural optimization. Develop hybrid frameworks that connect quantum processors with classical AI workloads through unified orchestration layers. Collaborate with enterprises and AI research groups to integrate quantum acceleration into model training and inference pipelines.

Advanced degree in
physics, electrical engineering, computer science, or materials engineering . Fifteen or more years of leadership experience in
quantum computing, high-performance computing, or advanced semiconductor manufacturing . Proven ability to translate deep technical capability into measurable business outcomes and recurring revenue performance. Strong command of
quantum control systems, cryogenic engineering, AI hardware acceleration, and large-scale data infrastructure . Demonstrated experience building global partnerships across government, enterprise, and academic research ecosystems. Strategic and operational acumen suited to leading high-complexity programs that combine hardware, software, and AI integration.
Compensation and Structure
Performance Incentive:
Up to 150 percent of base, linked to ARR growth, product reliability, and commercial scale targets Equity Participation:
