Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Easton, MD, for a HondaJet Pilot in Command. The Pilot in Command will be responsible for operating the aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, conducting pre-flight and post-flight inspections, ensuring compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies, and managing the overall flight experience for passengers. The Pilot in Command will also coordinate with the flight crew and ground personnel to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
ATP with a minimum of 3500 hours of flight time
Minimum 250 hours of flight experience in the HondaJet
Thorough understanding of aviation regulations and safety procedures
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with flight crew and ground personnel
First-class medical certificate
Experience with flight planning and weather assessment
Flexibility and adaptability to varying schedules and conditions
Experience in customer service and passenger management is a plus

Candidates east of the Mississippi River may qualify for home-basing.
Candidates living within, or willing to relocate within a 3-hour drive of KESN will be given preference.
