Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Managing Director Investment Banking, located in Seattle, WA with some work from home acceptable. The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing and executing deals, leading mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, conducting due diligence, and managing private equity transactions. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, providing financial analysis, and ensuring successful outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications
Experience in Capital Raising and Due Diligence
Strong skills in Finance and Private Equity
Extensive background in Investment Banking
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
