We are seeking a highly skilled Azure .NET Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing .NET applications on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure services integrated with .NET technologies, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and API Management, and will be responsible for architecting end-to-end .NET-based cloud solutions that align with our digital transformation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect Azure-based .NET applications with a focus on API-driven integrations, serverless workflows using Azure Functions with .NET, and cloud-native services like Azure App Service and Container Instances.

Lead the development of secure and scalable APIs using Azure API Management (APIM) and ASP.NET Core, ensuring seamless integration with .NET microservices.

Create workflows and orchestrations using Logic Apps integrated with .NET applications, connecting on-prem and cloud systems such as MS Dynamics 365 and custom .NET backends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical architecture, .NET development patterns, and Azure deployment strategies.

Define and enforce Azure architecture standards, .NET best practices, and governance models for application lifecycle management.

Guide the design and deployment of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, with ARM/Bicep templates or Terraform for provisioning .NET application infrastructure.

Provide hands-on leadership and mentoring to development and DevOps teams in .NET cloud engineering best practices, including Entity Framework, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB integration.

Ensure all .NET solutions are designed with scalability, reliability, and security in mind, following the Azure Well-Architected Framework and .NET security guidelines.

Monitor industry trends and evaluate emerging Azure and .NET technologies (e.g., .NET 8, Blazor) for continuous improvement in application performance.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software development or solution architecture, with at least 4 years working with Microsoft Azure and .NET applications.

Azure services including Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions (.NET runtime), Service Bus, Event Grid, App Service, and Container Apps.

.NET development with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and Entity Framework for building enterprise-grade applications.
