Senior Analyst, VIP Growth – DraftKings Inc.
Join the VIP Analytics team to use data to power decisions that deliver exceptional VIP experiences.
What you’ll do
Build testing agendas, datasets, and model frameworks to identify and nurture high‑value VIP customers.
Define measurable goals and create dashboards to monitor key customer‑success metrics.
Partner with product managers and operators to translate business problems into analytically rigorous solutions.
Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover insights and inspire new ways of thinking about our customers and VIP programs.
Communicate findings and business impact to Loyalty & VIP leadership.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams across Sportsbook, Casino, Fantasy, and marketing organizations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in business analytics or data science.
Proficient with SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau; Python and/or R experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of A/B testing, experimental design, and hypothesis testing methods.
Curiosity to learn complex business and mentor other analysts.
Compensation US base salary range: $95,200 – $119,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits applicable. Salary is determined by role, level, location, and individual factors.
