Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client’s Miami Lakes, FL office.

Note: The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 10 years of personal injury litigation experience, 10+ first-chair trials to verdict, and an active Florida Bar license.

Base salary ranges DOE. Total comp can be upwards of $500k+. Plenty of opportunity!

Job Description

Lead catastrophic personal injury cases from complaint through trial

Serve as first-chair trial counsel for multiple scheduled high-value jury trials

Depose expert witnesses, conduct mediations, and deliver compelling arguments in court

Mentor junior attorneys and oversee litigation teams, paralegals, and case managers

Ensure litigation processes and SOPs are followed across the team

Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy and trial preparation

Represent clients with excellence and drive maximum verdict and settlement outcomes

Qualifications

10+ years of personal injury litigation experience (required)

10 or more first-chair jury trials to verdict (required)

Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills

Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering exceptional results

Proven track record of significant verdicts or settlements
