Director of Supply Chain and Chief of Staff Join Motorola Solutions as the Director of Supply Chain and Chief of Staff. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) and the Chief of Staff to the CSCO, leading global transformation initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain and orchestrating the organization’s end-to-end global management systems.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to the CSCO, leading critical transformations across the entire global supply chain.

Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers and data/analytics professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Orchestrate end-to-end global management systems for the organization, filtering information, anticipating issues, and building strong relationships across the firm.

Assist in defining and executing the organization’s strategic priorities, ensuring alignment across departments and leading key organizational initiatives.

Oversee major cross‑functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring they stay on track and align with strategic goals.

Coordinate meetings, prepare materials for presentations and strategic reviews, and ensure the CSCO is well prepared for all engagements.

Act as a bridge between supply chain and other departments and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, seamless information flow, and organizational alignment.

Identify and implement improvements to organizational processes and structures to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.

Proactively anticipate potential challenges, identify issues before they escape, and effectively resolve bottlenecks.

Conduct in-depth research and analyze data to inform decision‑making, provide actionable insights, and make compelling recommendations.

Target Base Salary Range $170,000 – $230,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.

10+ years of progressive and demonstrated leadership experience/results in project management, data/analytics, and chief of staff duties.

Travel Requirements 10–25 % of travel.

Relocation Provided None.

Position Type Experienced – full‑time.
